Eli Ballis
Eli is a Bellingham based electronic music producer and DJ, with over 10 years of experience in the music industry. He currently produces EDM under the stage name MOPé, releasing music both under local labels as well as internationally. Eli brings a wide range of experiences when it comes to DJing, with time spent playing underground shows to club gigs.
He is a Berklee College of Music Alumni, graduating Sigma Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Music Production and Sound Design. He specializes in producing in Ableton, but is well versed in Reason, Logic and Protools. DJ software used is Rekordbox and Traktor, and he has experience in using both laptop controllers and standalone systems. While specializing in EDM, Eli has the flexibility to teach production and DJing across many genres, from Dubstep to HipHop and everything in between. His vision is to help achieve the dreams of anyone who has a fascination in the amazing world of Music Production and DJing, no matter the age or skill level.
Aside from music, you will often find Eli spending time with his wife and two boys, indulging in his love for Magic the Gathering, or watching the latest Formula 1 race.
